Dry eyes self-test

Vision Quest has designed the following protocol to determine if dry eye/allergy testing is medically necessary. All patients that meet the designed protocol are considered to be at risk for Dry Eye Disease or complications and should be tested. Coverage and payment policies for 3rd party reimbursement for testing should be determined with each payer. Even if you are here for another eye condition concern, dry eyes can potentially affect the outcome of nearly every procedure we do here.
